Operations Summary.
30/5/42. Nine Aircraft took off for an attack on COLOGNE under Ops' Order No. 97. Three reached the target area and carried out a successful attack. Icing conditions were severe and prevented four Aircraft from reaching target area. Two Aircraft are missing. Those crews who were able to attack were very successful.
Weather: - Cloudy or Fair. Vis: - 3 - 6 Miles. Improving 6 - 12 Miles.

31/5/42. The following aircrew personnel are officially reported as missing.
